This business & technology park location has expressed interest in being very film and production friendly. In addition to the sustainable infrastructure in the park, this area has one of the top set design firms, Boyce Productions close by as well as one of the world's top film archive and restoration centers operated by the Museum of Modern Art and a 35 mm film processing facility 10 minutes away. There is also strong industry interest and support in Northeastern Pennsylvania. We are looking to set-up an office in a new multi-tenant facility the not for profit economic development agency is building in the park (available Fall 2014). There are several production companies located nearby and the crew base is growing as US film production becomes increasingly decentralized. 23 lots available, I would like to see enough industry interest in the location to change this to a Film Park. Only 90 minutes to NYC.
