In addition to the ribs and pork, the restaurant also offers an array of gourmet mac n cheese, chicken wings, shrimp, trout, and more. The concept was born from the minds of the former longtime proprietor of Bare Bones, with his brother and one of the cooks. Ring of Fire with an emphasis on big, bold flavors, variety and great service in mind.
