Aaron School High School

Aaron is a private K-12 special education school in NYC whose mission is to serve students with reading, writing, math, attention, sensory, and social challenges and provide integrated academic, enrichment, and therapeutic services to these children in order to maximize their potential for them to become confident, successful citizens of their community. The Aaron High School curriculum builds upon prior skill and content learning in the elementary and middle grades at Aaron. Student learning is focused on mastering concepts with the goal of independence, post-secondary options, and adult success. We believe that students need support to navigate the dynamic social world of adolescence and recognize that partnerships with parents are instrumental in the success of our students. We also understand that staff collaboration, technology, and engagement are all integral components that positively impact student learning.
