Dishes on Yamas’ Mediterranean's menu are made with love, using only naturally raised antibiotic-free meats, olive oils, fresh fruits, and vegetables –all locally sourced and organic when the season permits. Rather than the usual rotating lamb cone, the Mediterranean restaurant opts for marinated and freshly cooked slices of beef and lamb for a more flavorful and satisfying gyro.
