Our mission is to provide high-quality health care coverage to individuals and families in our New York service areas through a variety of government-sponsored health insurance programs, including New York State's Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage.*
Established in 1993, Healthfirst has a unique hospital-sponsored business model, which allows us to reinvest in the not-for-profit and public health care system by returning the financial savings from our operational efficiencies to our hospital sponsors.
