Jackson, NJ residents are no strangers to barbecue, but Taste of Smoke brings a fresh take on this exciting, down-home cuisine. Pitmaster Rory brings his time in the pit, well-honed recipes, and barbecuing experience to the area with menu items that will keep any BBQ fanatic interested.

Not only do we serve up individual meals, we offer catering for any event. We can bring the food to you without the rig, or have the rig on hand to offer fantastic barbecue to your patrons. We love being a part of festivals and civil events, so don’t hesitate to call and discuss the details.
