Design-Build Construction, Inc. is a local general contractor specializing in metal roofing and pre-engineered metal building systems serving the Wichita, Kansas, area and beyond. We are a quality driven, service oriented company with decades of experience in the construction industry. We strive to lead the industry by following a core set of principles rooted in our commitment to customer satisfaction. From our beginning in 2002, we have evolved and grown with the demands of our customers. We buy our buildings directly from Metallic Building Company and have been a loyal dealer with them for over fifteen years. When we approve the design and control the erection with our own labor force, we can offer the end user an extended warranty on the metal building package beyond the standard 1-year. We also have certified installers for various standing seam roof suppliers such as McElroy metals and MBCI just to name a few which allows us to install systems that carry up to a 20-year weather tightness warranties.
