Cathy Winter Music & Guitar Lessons

Cathy Winter is an experienced teacher, vocalist and guitarist that enjoys teaching everything from beginning to intermediate to advanced guitar. She makes a point to help students find the music they are interested in, and caters her lessons to it. Teaching basic guitar chords and progressions is part of all guitar lessons, but Cathy goes out of her way to make sure her guitar lessons are tailored to the music her students love!


Guitar lessons with Cathy can combine elements of the basics - chords, strums, picking patterns - as well as building into more complex aspects, like bass runs, melody and harmony lines, arranging breaks, music theory or instrumentals written out in tablature or standard music notation.
