The practice was founded by Dr. Starr in December of 1978. Dr. Starr provides general eye care for the entire family, from children to seniors. He has developed a specialty in contact lenses. Dr. Starr is experienced at fitting all types of contact lenses for all age groups. Dr. Starr is TPA certified and able to diagnose and treat eye diseases with prescription medications. Dr. Starr is a long standing member of the American Optometric Association, the California Optometric Association and the Orange County Optometric Society.
