I have completed many different types of inspections. Every inch of the property is inspected including all structural, electrical, air conditioning system and plumbing per CREIA Standards of Practice Residential. I will notify the client of any deficiency that is observed. I provide quality color photos with every inspection and your electronic report is available to you within 24 hours of the inspection. If there is anything you do not understand regarding the inspection or the report I am only a phone call away and will work with you as long as necessary to ensure your complete understanding.
