The Rose Hill Estate is a magnificent, gated estate located in Water Mill, New York. Built in 2010, the Estate offers every luxury and amenity for your enjoyment. Our traditional, yet sophisticated state-of-the-art accommodations are centrally located in the Hamptons, just a short ride from five star restaurants and chic shopping. Set between Southampton and Bridgehampton, we are just a few minutes from East Hampton, Montauk and the Shelter Island Ferry.

Every morning in the summer months, our full gourmet breakfast is served on the patio. In the cooler months, it is served in our beautiful breakfast and dining rooms. We offer fresh scones, multigrain breads and bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt, and granola, along with a great selection of jams and spreads. We also offer daily specials such as pancakes, French toast, gourmet eggs and omelets. For a morning beverage you can select from a variety of juices, loose teas and coffees, including espresso and cappuccino.

Central air keeps things cool in the summer and warm in the winter. For a little extra warmth in the cooler months, sit by one of our seven fireplaces and soak up the heat from our hearths. In the summer, cool off in the shade under one of our expansive covered stone patios.
