Alliance is one of the top Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu associations internationally. Alliance won back-to-back titles at the World Championships in 1998 and 1999, as well as more recently in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013. The association also won all major competitions in 2010: European Championship, Pan American Championship, and the World Jiu-Jitsu Championship – a feat that had never before been accomplished.
