Our commercial construction includes tenant improvements, TI, and repairs. Our residential construction includes remodeling and repair including new home construction. Other services include construction management and project evaluation.

Our relationships with architects, engineers, and other professionals enables us to form a cohesive team with a common goal; to achieve success by meeting our client’s design, budget, quality, and scheduling expectations for their construction project.

Whether or not Medford Construction is involved in the design stages or acts in the traditional commercial general contractor or a residential general contractor, our primary focus is to ensure the building process is a success.
