At After Hours and Post Discharge Medical Clinic we treat simple urgent medical problems. We are located in Hazelwood, MO. We offer low-cost treatment of simple urgent medical problems. Our fees are much lower than other clinics. $50 for treatment of a minor urgent medical problem and $60 for evaluation in our post-discharge heart failure/COPD clinic. This clinic is a cheap option for uninsured and underinsured patients. We can check basic lab tests, pregnancy tests and strep/mono/influenza A&B swabs in the office. We can order basic x rays when needed. We can give you info on finding a primary care physician as well. Since this is an internal medicine practice we only see patients 17 years old and up. We do not see pediatric patients. The post-hospitalization clinic evaluates patients with COPD and congestive heart failure. We do not perform any drainage, eye or simple surgical procedures(suturing) at this clinic. This practice is owned and operated by a Mayo Clinic trained physician who has been serving the St. Louis area since 2001. We believe in delivering high quality health care at low-cost to our patients.
