As a privately held, female owned business, Krown Employment Services, LLC strives to promote and mentor the growth of our staff and field employees and consider all essential in our being the premier staffing service in the Greater Pittsburgh area.

After 23 years in the staffing industry, Pamela P. Weigand founded Krown Employment Services, a Limited Liability Company on January 3, 2013. Located in the Deutschtown community of the North Side of Pittsburgh, PA, Krown Employment Services, LLC specializes in providing clerical, industrial and technical employees for positions at our business partners.

On March 1, 2013 Krown Employment Services, LLC opened its first office in the Deutschtown section in the North Side of Pittsburgh, PA. While Krown Employment Services is a new company, we are happy to say we will be opening with clients, employees and applicants alike waiting to utilize Krown Employment Services expertise in the staffing industry.

It is by no mistake that the Krown office location is deeply rooted in this historic, ethnically enriched community as Krown’s founder, Pamela P. Weigand, has deep roots in the staffing industry in the Greater Pittsburgh area.

Nearly 20-years ago, Pam opened a branch operation for a Midwest staffing company, and over the years amassed more than 1000 clients and recruited upwards of 40,000 applicants.

Krown Employment Services, LLC specializes in temporary to hire, true temporary, long/short term staffing, administrative, customer service, mortgage processing, hotel and hospital service and administrative personnel, warehouse, machining, assembly and electronic personnel.
