Located in Norwalk CT, Studio M Dance & Fitness, LLC opened its doors and heart to the public in November 2010. The friendliest and happiest family dance and fitness studio in town, Studio M features a 4,600 sq ft state-of-the-art floating floor designed for maximum safety and comfort. The Studio is open 7 days a week with 25 weekly and sessioned classes offered in a week. In addition to our Latin-inspired fitness phenomenon Zumba Fitness, Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold and Zumba for Kids classes, Studio M offers a wide range of classes for every population of all ages and fitness levels from Bokwa Fitness, Hot Fusion, Step Aerobics, Boot Camp, strength/toning, circuit/cross training, core training, stretch yoga, and Polynesian Hula Fitness, an exciting cardio program based on the rhythms of the Cook Islands and Tahiti.
