Rolfing offers a soft-tissue approach to restrictions, pain, and misalignment in your body.
The 10-series, aka "The Recipe", is a step-by-step re-alignment allowing you to
stand, sit, walk, run, dance, golf, swim, and work with less pain and less effort.
You can gradually free yourself from restrictions left over from old accidents, injuries,
surgeries, repetitive strain, and other events that can leave us "tightened up" and uncomfortable.
You can regain range of motion, and improve your balance and ease of movement.

I'm happy to work on my clients' dogs, cats, toddlers & babies at no charge.
Yes, they really do like it! (Cats don't need it as much as dogs & people do)

Rolfing sessions for children and teen-agers are at a discounted fee,
more or less until they are old enough to drive your car to their appointment and use your credit card.
