Devine Real Estate and Property Management was born from the housing crisis of 2006. Lenders, Loan Servicers, Asset Management Companies and Investors needed skilled property management to manage distressed properties. We have a high level of experience in dealing with investment–grade properties to luxury homes, and our hands on approach has instilled confidence and trust with the owners and tenants we work with daily.
