Rachel Astarte Piccione, MFA, CCHt., CLC, is a wellness consultant, spiritual advisor, author, and educator. She is trained in a number of healing modalities including creative writing, shamanism, Transpersonal hypnotherapy, and flower essences. Rachel specializes in working with writers—from established professionals to those beginning the writer’s path—using journal-writing as an integral part of the healing process. The goal of Rachel's work is to guide you toward developing a unique toolkit of therapeutic methods that you can call upon for self-healing throughout your life. She offers a non-judgmental, sacred space in which to do the important work of discovering and living as your highest self. Rachel has treatment spaces in New York City and Rockland County. Online sessions are also available.
