HPSD works with people to improve physical and emotional well being. I will help you to: Get the most from your life even if you have a physical illness and/or emotional illness, find ways to cope with symptoms, communicate with current health care providers, assist in becoming more proactive in your treatment, learn ways to manage stress, sadness, grief, & pain and help you prevent further complications related to lifestyle. The goal is to provide Individual & family counseling using biological-psychological-social approaches which include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing & humanistic treatment methods.

I have been a licensed Clinical Psychologist for over thirteen years & Registered Nurse for over 30 & practice in San Diego County. In-patient work is done at one of the local hospitals & is available upon request.

I work with all Major Diagnostic categories (Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, Schizophrenic) and people that simply want to improve their life.
