Central Florida Injury is a physical therapy and rehabilitation center that specializes in treating injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall accidents. We are managed and operated by board certified medical doctors who develop an individualized treatment plan appropriate for each patient’s specific injuries.
