Green Renewable Energy Designs Solutions (GREDS) Will work with you to design energy efficient and environmentally friendly solutions for your Commercial or residential building. We design solutions that are sustainable (last long with lower impact to the environment) which helps to save money, earn incentives (rebates) while lowering energy, water and green house gases (GHG). GREDS will also hhelp our clients with building upgrades, retrofits and construction compliance rules, which assures that newly designed solution,s meet the City building codes and OSHA safety regulations. Our approach to environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, renewable energy and green design, allows us to apply the latest tools, technology and analytics. We produce environmentally sound, and aesthetically pleasing projects which are sustainable, revenue generating (SRECs) for Solar installs, and incentives from Local, State and Federal programs. Clients can also gain rebates and incentives from OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer's) when purchasing HVAC and other equipment.
