We represent immigrants not only before the Department of Homeland Security but also before the Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Circuit court. We represent immigrants and non-citizens in criminal matters because we have a vast knowledge of the immigration consequences of criminal convictions and therefore always attempt to resolve the criminal matter in a way that it would have the least effect on our client's immigration status. We also represent injured clients because we believe that when someone is injured because of another person or entity's negligence or intentional act, the injured party is entitled to not only compensation for his or her medical expenses but is entitled to compensation for loss of employment, compensation for property damage and above all compensation for pain and suffering associated with the injury caused by the negligent party.
