We are proud to be the first to offer personalized health and wellness services to our community in Lancaster and Palmdale, California. At Michael’s Wellness Center, we have certified personal trainers who train our clients according to specialized needs, including: obesity, diabetes, Fibromyalgia, cancer and post-cancer, post-injury, senior citizens, sports-specific, marathon, triathlon, and Ironman preparation, MMA conditioning, boxing conditioning, motocross conditioning, and many more at all levels of fitness. We also do specialized stretching and fitness & nutritional programs for clients. Our focus is on functional fitness and proper nutritional guidelines to get maximum results for clients.
