We have a beautiful club that you can sit down and enjoy your favorite healthy delicious shake and herbal tea. We offer clients a full line of healthy nutritional supplements for children, adults and people working out. We offer 1:1 coaching in weight loss, weight gain or maintain. Additionally, we offer weight loss challenges, walking, hiking, running,and other fun events to do together, all to promote a healthier lifestyle of living. We also offer an opportunity for others to become health / wellness coaches.
