I have 30 years of experience in counseling individuals, families and children and I am an Imago Advanced Clinician in relational counseling. My goal is to create a safe haven where you can explore your pain and problems and utilize my expertise and guidance to use your difficulties as a launching pad for personal success and growth. My ideal client is willing to make changes in behavior and attitudes, is excited to learn new skills and yearns to create a pleasurable and satisfying life. We may work with anxiety, depression, major life changes, family issues, children's issues and personal growth.

One specialty that I offer is working with couples issues. I gently and safely guide you and your partner in learning new skills that are effective and practical. You will learn to move your relationship from pain, struggle and conflict back into the joy and satisfaction of healthy connection.

I believe that relationship is a spiritual journey and obstacles are meant to lead to both self-growth and deeper connection. You can learn the skills needed to transform your relationship into more "real love." This sense of love and connection deepens within the self, the couple and the family.
