Naomi Brown PMHNP- BC, has worked in psychiatric nursing since 1994. In 2000 she graduated with her Masters degree and shortly therafter recieved her post masters degree. She worked in outpatient psychiatric services in private practice providing therapy, group and couples, as well as medication management. She was most recently employed by The Acadia Hospital where she held various leadership roles. She has served on a Content Expert Panel for the American Nurse Credentialing Center for Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nursing. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurse's Association and also teaches psychiatric nursing at the University of Maine, Orono.
