Very professional, fast, courteous & handled our belongings with ultimate care. I didn't see a nick or scratch on our belongings, walls, ceilings, nor door frames (we've had this problem in the past with other movers). I can't say enough about them. I'm terrible with names but I believe it was Brian & Jared. They deserve special recognition for a job well done!!

True Friends Moving Company did an excellent job with my recent move. They were professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. As a first time user of a moving company, I was reluctant to spend money on a job I usually do myself. Now that I've used True Friends Moving Company, I will never do it by myself again. True Friend's Moving Co was great! The time got pushed back later in the afternoon, but they made up for it by being swift and careful with all of my things. They even took the time to have quick conversations with us while they came and went from the apartment. (Not all movers will take that kind of time to be personable) I would definitely use them again and I will recommend them to others.

Moving is already such a hassle, then dealing with unprofessional movers just adds to the chaos, but a friend of mine suggested I look into True Friends Moving to help with my move, and I could not be more satisfied! The company treated me very well from the first interaction until the move was completed. The workers were professional, caring and considerate of my moving situation. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants to eliminate the insanity that is involved in moving.

Alfred and Justin were awesome! They moved my entire condo in under 2 hours and were very professional and friendly. The price was exactly what was stated in the phone estimate. They worked non-stop the entire time and even helped out furniture together. They were concerned about the safety of my furniture and and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Wow...what a long day of moving but Randy and Justin were a huge help! We are so glad we chose True Friends to help with our move. We initially went with True Friends because Chris was by far the easiest mover to work with on getting the appt set up. No need for lengthy forms or multiple phone calls. On moving day, Ben and Chase were extremely professional and efficient. Despite the elevator situation being less than perfect, they managed to still get everything in as quickly as possible. Will definitely be my go to for movers as long as we're in Nashville.

Great Local Company!! Called these guys and spoke to Chris who was very easy to work with and made my decision of who to choose completely stress free. Moving day came and the guys called to say they were on the way and showed up right in the window that was expected. Ben and Lamont were awesome and got right to work making sure to wrap everything prior to moving and gave me complete peace of mind. Those guys didn't even take a break and was completely personable the entire time so I will certainly recommend these guys and use them again..

True Friends Moving Company has been fantastic on my move. I learned of them from two friends who had great experiences and mine was too. The planning was a breeze. I used them for packing and moving. I luckily ended up with the same two gentlemen on both days: Alfred and Tony. They were on time, polite, strong and able, and thorough. My move was short notice, like 1 hour in advance Short notice, but that wasn't a problem for True Friends. Seth and Justin were both very friendly and helpful. They got my apartment moved out quick and even helped me take my cat trailer on and off my moving truck. And above all they did for a reasonable rate. Thanks guys!

These guys are awesome. I was out of town and needed my stuff moved to a new apartment. Even though I wasn't there they kept me updated on their progress, packed up everything and even setup my furniture in my new apartment. Their pricing was extremely fair and they let me know their fees upfront. Brett and Quinton were fast, professional, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the nashville area.

Roger, Alex, and Justin totally rocked out my move today! In 4 1/2 hours they moved me from a 2300 sqft, 4-story townhome to a 300 sqft storage unit on the opposite side of town. These guys took great care of my personal items and did a wonderful job moving as quickly as possible! I plan to use them again in two weeks when I move out of the storage unit and will always recommend them to anyone needing moving services at a great price!

About 3 months ago, True Friends moved my wife and I out of our old place and into our new apartment. It was clear, upfront, and professional when we reserved the team. On the day of the move, the team called in advance to let me know they were 30 minutes away. When they arrived, they were highly professional, friendly, and efficient. Bringing things into our new place, they were very careful with our things; we felt like they treated our home with the same level of care that we did. This was our first experience with movers. Mike & Tremaine/TA were super careful with my belonging, patient with the obstacles that were thrown there way, SUPER FAST (they took 3 hours to do what another company took 5 hours to do!) Great attitudes and work ethic. These guys were strong, diligent and worked fast. They were very careful and truly cared about our furniture and us! We had Nick and Mike move our stuff out of the house to a storage facility a couple of weeks ago. I have dealt with several movers in the past, but I have never had such a wonderful experience before. We had many things to move, including some bulky or fragile furniture, and they worked very quickly with so much attention and caring. They were also friendly but at the same time, very polite and co urteous. When we were at the storage facility, we rented an extra space just in case everything did not fit in one space. Nick and Mike spent extra time arranging and re-arranging the boxes and furniture so that all fit in one space and we didn't have to pay for the extra unit. Simply amazing. You guys totally rock!
