5oz. Factory is a gourmet quick service restaurant that focuses on Wisconsin dairy by way of its authentic Wisconsin Cheese Melts & Frozen Custard. The cheese melts (commonly known as grilled cheese sandwiches) focus on our 15-20 Wisconsin artisanal cheeses paired with unique ingredients that include variations of meats, vegetables, fresh toppings and homemade sauces. Our Frozen custard is made from a proprietary recipe in the actual state of Wisconsin and shipped to New York. Made with fresh milk, cream and eggs from the cows of the Dairyland of America our 5oz.
