Our office handles many areas of law. The firm came together when two long-time friends had a common idea. Mark Atchley and Michael Delgado were close High School friends that both ended with law degrees. In 2003, they opened an office here in Mesa, Arizona to practice together. Mark handles Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 bankruptcies along with Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, and Administration. Michael practices Family Law, which includes Divorce, Child Support, Spousal Maintenance, and Modifications. In addition, Michael handles Personal Injury claims.
