Meriwether & Tharp LLC was established in 1998 by partners Patrick Meriwether and Robert Tharp. In 2000, the offices were relocated to the Alpharetta/Roswell area, the firm expanded their professional staff, and began focus exclusively on family law. The firm provides legal services for individuals primarily in the greater Atlanta area, including Fulton, Cobb, Cherokee, Gwinnett, DeKalb and Forsyth counties.

Our attorneys handle all aspects of family law matters from premarital agreements to divorce, child custody, visitation rights, family violence and child support, alimony and modification as well as adoption and paternity issue.
