Bill and Merrie Lightner have been married and working together as business partners for more than 25 years.  Merrie is responsible for the Lightner portfolio, as well as their clients' real estate assets. She serves as an expert witness and educator, providing advice on the appropriate standard of care for residential owners and managers, as well as habitability and injury cases.Bill's principal role is finding and financing investment opportunities, adding value to property and the asset management of multi-property portfolios.
