We are licensed with the State of Washington to not only inspect homes but to also teach real estate professionals and train inspectors. We are members of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and have been serving all the cities in Puget Sound for over 20 years. We have more than one inspector so we can fit it in your schedule when you need it. Our reports are e-mailed the day of the inspection.
