At Integrative Hypnosis & Wellness of Western New York, located in the Buffalo Metro area, the goal is to encourage people to heal and succeed giving them a variety of tools and principles to honor and empower themselves. We offer a diverse collection of services which are designed for building and acquiring a life of optimal wellness in mind, body & spirit.

A client-centered approach is used to support the individual, taking time to listen to concerns and develop an integrative plan of action tailored to the modalities best suited for the client’s interests and needs.

A customized program may involve hypnosis, emotional freedom technique, energy modalities, nutrition and health counseling, to name a few. The client has an opportunity to choose from any of the services applicable to their concerns.

We are pleased to let you know that we are currently accepting Aqua Health and Wellness Program Insurance from Blue Cross/Blue Shield of WNY. This may be applied for Reiki and Reflexology sessions.
