Founder, Steve Goolsby, started out in construction on a framing crew when he was 15 years and went on to become a builder in both residential & commercial construction for many years. He started inspecting houses in 1996 and after seeing a need in the industry for home inspectors w/ hands-o building experience started his business in 2000. Steve was also a featured inspector on the Clark Howard Show. His son & co-owner, Jonathan Goolsby, started inspecting homes with his father at age 11 & now has over 20 years experience inspecting homes.
