I specialize in working with adults, adolescents and children who are dealing with issues that are affecting their ability to live well. I utilize an integrated treatment approach including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health (LPC-MH) and a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) located in Sioux Falls, SD. I have been in the mental health field for 15 years. MDR has been proven to be highly effective in treating individuals who have experienced any trauma, abuse, grief/loss which can lead to anxiety, depression, PTSD or addictions.
