My Personal RD

My Personal RD is a private nutrition practice owned by Angie Williamson with offices in St. Cloud and Osakis, MN. Angie opened My Personal RD in 2012 on a mission to improve the health of central Minnesota. She believes a personalized approach to nutrition is necessary in order to help individuals make nutrition happen in their lives.

Angie is a registered dietitian, health coach and certified LEAP therapist. Her background and training make her an excellent resource for people that want to improve their health, feel better and prevent chronic disease.

Angie graduated from North Dakota State University in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition. Since graduation, she has been busy helping all ages achieve a healthier life through nutrition.

Angie is passionate about helping others achieve their personal health and wellness goals. She understands that while time, money and stress are common barriers to healthy eating, they can be minimized or overcome when people are given the proper tools and support. The services she offers through My Personal RD are designed to do just that!
