BTI also provides a toll-free number through our Syracuse office during business hours or our 24/7 service center, after hours. After hours consultants can access your traveler's personal profile information, company specific information, as well as existing reservations booked through our online tool. They will document call details in the agent's computer system so that we are kept informed and can handle any necessary follow up.
