Expedite Your Plans is designed to provide excellent service to both the commercial contractor as well as the residential contractor, and will be available to the home owner for owner builder projects. Our specialty is to provide and expedite a “turnkey” service as plans examiners, as well as your contact agent with all design professionals from project conception to plans approval to contractor securing your building permits.

Expedite Your Plans has had many years experience as a plans reviewer for major as well as small commercial projects in a building department and their expertise is in many fields such as high rises, hotel resorts, shopping centers, as well as small and large tenant improvement projects specializing, but not limited to electrical plans review.

We will be exclusively available for all revisions and supplemental permits as required for the successful “C of O” for your project. This in turn will cut your costs substantially thus allowing you time to concentrate on your future projects.
