I am a Board Certified Criminal Trial attorney, practicing both State and Federal trial and appellate law. As a defense attorney, I also represent attorneys and Bar applicants who have issues with the Florida Bar.

Serving North Tampa, Lutz, Northern Hillsborough County, and Pasco County in criminal, family, general civil, and personal injury cases.

I am a Florida Bar Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer, AV* rated by Martindale-Hubbell lawyer rating service (the highest), and a very experienced criminal trial, civil trial, and appellate attorney. I have handled thousands of cases, been to jury trial on hundreds, and have written dozens of appellate briefs. I have won reversals in several Florida District Courts of Appeal, and even the Florida Supreme Court.

I also teach Trial Advocacy, Florida Criminal Procedure, and Legal Drafting at my alma mater, Stetson University College of Law. In addition, I regularly provide commentary on legal issues and cases to national TV and print news services.
