Family Pharmacy

Family Pharmacy was established in 1986 in downtown Aiken at 333 Newberry Street NW. Jay Watts, pharmacist and founder of Family Pharmacy operates a traditional small apothecary pharmacy. In 1999, Family Pharmacy started preparing custom compounded prescriptions enabling customers enhancing medication options for its customers. In 2009, Family Pharmacy opened its South Aiken location incorporating both compounded prescriptions and traditional retail prescriptions. Specialty areas include Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, sports medicine compounding, Veterinary Compounding, Pain Management, and Hospice Care.
