We had Boise plumbing and drain out to replaced 2 toilets, 2 sink faucets and cap-off wet-bar water & waste lines We called Boise plumbing and drian and they sent one of their plumbers out the next day to give us an estimate. We discussed with him the options of a 1.2 gallon vs a 1.6 gallon toilet. He agreed to match the price we got from a Boise plumbing supply company. He then gave us an estimate for the toilets we chose, and for removing 2 old toilets and replacing them with our choice, removing two bathroom sink faucets and replacing them with ones we supplied, and capping off the water supply and waste lines at an unused wet-bar. The plumbers in Boise came out 2 days later and took care of the bathroom faucets and the wet-bar. He then went to pick up the new toilets, came back and removed the old toilets and installed the new ones. Altogether, he was here most of the day. Although he had some difficulty removing one of the old bathroom sink fixtures because it had rusted in place, the job went smoothly overall. The Boise plumber also gave us the necessary paperwork to claim a toilet rebate from our water utility for the low-water-usage toilet. About a week later, we noticed that one of the toilets was moving slightly when we sat on it. We called and the Boise plumbers to come out the next morning and put something under the edge of the base of the toilet to more firmly stabilize it.
