Trade Squad gave considered advice when discussing the works required our renovation needs and gave a very reasonable estimate taking into account our budget constraints. My fence needed to be repaired; I shopped around and Trade Squad Property Maintenance had the best estimate. They had excellent communication and were easy to work with. They reviewed my needs thoroughly, were very communicative and gave some very good advice on how to proceed. When it came time for the fence repair/installation they were extremely professional. The work was done in a timely manner and was of very high quality. I would definitely keep them in mind for any other similar work I might need, and would definitely recommend them.

Trade Squad has just fitted our new oak floor (living and dining room), and we can't fault the service and quality of work, which have been of the highest standard. Jack was very obliging and helpful at all stages, finding samples for us to look at and giving advice when we asked for it. The workmanship was exceptional: there was no cutting of corners, and it was clear that Jack takes a pride in what he does. Warmly recommended.

After contacting many unreliable contractors’, Trade Squad came to the rescue. Trade Squad diagnosed the leak from my bathroom and completed the repair with minimum disruption. It’s true “ONE CALL DOES IT ALL!”
