These group events take place mid-month and provide a group setting. Lastly, SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats offers day packages or single spa treatments & activities selected from our ala carte menu. Our retreats are holistic and non-denominational. We emphasize health and wellness for all people.

When I first heard about Sedona and knew I had to visit. After several years of dreaming about this magical landscape and researching things to do there, I finally decided that a retreat with SpiritQuest would be the perfect way to connect to the spiritual side of Sedona, because they customize their retreats based on what you are wanting to experience. That really appealed to me, since my situation is very unique and I would never feel comfortable talking about it in a group of strangers. Katherine and Ed put together a fantastic programs for me that included yoga outdoors in the red rocks every morning, followed by an hour of meditation, two hours of spiritual enrichment, a break for lunch and an afternoon hike. In the evenings I either got a massage or went out to view the stars, which are truly amazing in the desert. By the time my five days in Sedona were over I felt like an entirely new person. In fact, I AM an entirely new person! After my mystical experience in the Arizona desert, I'll never be the same again.

Sedona is definitely a beautiful place to take a spiritual retreat, and SpiritQuest is the perfect company to do it with. I did a four day "customized" retreat - and it was four days filled with yoga, meditation, hiking, ceremony, star gazing at night and a whole lot of emotional release. From the first phone call to inquire to the end of my retreat they handled everything to perfection. Plus everyone was so warm and friendly that I felt like I had known them all for years! It really was like coming home. I left the retreat with so much peace that I've decided to return every year and make it an annual event.
