What you will learn:
- How to harness & maximise your internal energy. The internal training of Wing Chun energises the whole body and improves the flow of energy while releasing muscular tension. The internal aspect of Wing Chun is rarely taught, most often schools will focus on the self defense part only.
- How to release muscular tension (particularly around spine, neck & back) relieving stress, pain and improving posture.
- Fast and easy movements for self defense such as Chi Sau ("sticking hands") to strengthen and improve reflexes in your hands and arms for the correct absorption & redirection of incoming force.
