My father-in-law gave me this treatment and I wasn't sure what to think about it at first. But, I've tried what Dr. Lindsay Mumma suggests and it really seems to help. It's an interesting concept that is worth a read if you have recurring back pain yourself. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially athletes. Thank you, Dr. Lindsay Mumma, for changing my life!
