Ms. Singer graduated from SUNY Buffalo where she earned her law degree and masters of business administration, cum laude. In 1984 she began her law career as a litigation attorney for the United States Department of Labor in Kansas City, Missouri. Upon returning to the local area, she served as counsel to various local firms. She is admitted to practice law in New York and Missouri. She is also a member of the New York State Bar Association (Trusts and Estates Law Section, Elder Law Section and Real Property Law Section) and the Albany County Bar Association.
