The Technician who came to my house was very nice and worked in a quick and efficient manner. He cleaned and rekeyed all my locks and,unlike the other company who did this, he made sure all the keys worked before he left or took any payment from me.

This is the first locksmith I've ever had to use, but I will say that it was a good experience. The locksmith showed up 20 minutes after I called and was able to change the locks on my bedroom door pretty quickly. Recommended.

Some people worry that they are being overcharged or ripped off but I felt like I got a really nice deal for what I wanted. And they did a quick job which was a bonus because im not the most patient person and I am not a fan of waiting!!!

There was an situation where I was locked out of my apt. I called this locksmith service. They responded with great customer service. Cant say enough good things about this guy. with a moments notice he came out at what would have normally been off hours [9 pm] and didnt charge skyrocketed rates. He fixed what the previous locksmith had screwed up and was even able to re-key the new doorknob to my current keys. All this at a totally reasonable price; less than half of what i paid to the other to have them destroy my door-handle.?
