Angelina Arcaro's long career as a designer, stylist and fashion house manager has honed her celebrated talents as an innovative designer and intuitive patternmaker. Angelina prides herself on personally meeting with each client to discuss their visions and expectations. “I give particular attention to cut, fit and design working with your natural assets whether you're a size 6 or a size 26 so you will feel and look your best”, she says. Angelina is fast establishing a clientele of second time brides, mothers of the bride and fuller sized, curvy women.

After completing her “Diploma in Fashion Design” in the late 1970s, Angelina began a career designing everything from swimsuits to bridal, as well as working as a freelance designer, a stylist, assisting young designers and teaching at TAFE colleges, and managing upmarket fashion houses throughout her lengthy career.

It’s since turning her hand to couture with the launch of her Perth studio in 2003 - and to couture bridal with the opening of her South Perth Bridal Salon in 2006 - that she has truly returned to her greatest love. “I receive great joy in giving a woman the couture experience, the knowledge that her wedding gown or evening gown is absolutely and uniquely her own”, she says. “And I especially love the beautiful energy and intensity of working with brides-to-be”.

Arcaro Couture's creations have been described as innovative, opulent, masterfully cut, different and sensual, all descriptions that echo the work of Angelina's favourite designers - Valentino, Elie Saab and Tony Ward.
