Unfortunately, possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. For no apparent reason the manager refused to fix our bag, told us to get out of his store, and then threatened to call the police. He became quite irrational and rude as soon as we said we didn't want to replace the bag, and would prefer to have it repaired. I will never return to this store, and advise others to look elsewhere.
